Dypraise 2022 has been scheduled to come off on October 8, 2022.
The biennial programme for GHAMSU UCC Local which is hosted by the wings, GHAMSU Praise and Adoration Team, and Gospel Dynamics is expected to take a different stage since 2018 when it was first held.
The second edition was announced to take place in 2020 but the outbreak of Coronavirus triggered an indefinite postponement of the event.
After planning and consultations with actors, the most anticipated program will come off in October this year.
The theme for this year’s edition is, “Our Praise Unto God” with reference, to Psalm 104: 33
However, the venue for the event is yet to be confirmed.
Brief background of Dynamic Praise;
Years ago, GHAMSU Praise and Adoration Team and Gospel Dynamics used to organise separate programs every two years which served the purpose of the union.
After careful thought, it was advised that both choirs come together to host one major event due to limited time on the academic calendar and the financial crisis.
In 2018, both events were merged with the motive of bringing both the Christian Community and the unbelieved to a night of praising and adoring the Creator. The programme was then named Dynamic Praise (DyPraise).
