Passion Night 2025, a highly anticipated biennial event, was organized by GHAMSU UCC Local in collaboration with Wesleyan Theatre, its creative arts wing. This power-packed night showcased various talents through drama, poetry, choreography, and mime, leaving a lasting impact on the audience.
This year’s celebration which occurred on the 15th of February, 2025 at the School of Medical Sciences (SMS) Auditorium, themed That I May Know Him, was inspired by Philippians 3:10: “That I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being made conformable unto His death.” The event featured outstanding performances by the Wesleyan Theatre and guest ministering groups, including Mass Theatre and Wesleyan Vibration Theatre from GHAMSU UEW Local. Their energetic and skilful presentations captivated and uplifted the audience.
A highlight of the night was the guest minister, Abimime, whose powerful mime performances delivered silent yet profound sermons. She conveyed God’s love and redemption through her extraordinary talent, touching many hearts without uttering a single word.
Passion Night 2025 was a night of inspiration, creativity, and spiritual awakening, uniting performers and spectators in a shared experience of faith and artistry.
